Hi, I have a problem with a blob variable in a smart device panel. What I have to to is to select a file, put it in the blob variable and find the name (or the extension) of the file. The problem is that I can't find how to do it in smart device. As it's a variable, I can't use the property "File Name Attribute" as it works only for attributes, I tried with a blobfile variable instead of a blob but if I try to read its FileName property, I get this error when saving
Expressions that use property "FileName" can't be interpreted by devices: &blobfile.FileName
On the layout the blob variable has as type "SD File Control"
What can I do? There is some option I didn't use?
