Hi, I have an android add with an update url. I tried to publish a new version of the app and it works in a lot of devices showing the "new version, do you want to update?" message and installing the new version correctly.
But in some device (maybe the newer? I'm not sure) it shows the message, it starts the download and then the download crashes without message and nothing. The Apk is not downloaded and the new version is not installed.
I'm working with gen16U9, not using and android store, the apk file is in our server.
What should I check? Could be a security system from Android? I tried to allow unknown sources and deactivate Google protect but it didn't work
